Secretarial Services Professional

As a Secretarial Services Professional with FBD Holdings plc, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to the Company Secretarial Function and ensuring the smooth operation of Board and Committee Meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting agendas and preparing meeting packs for review and approval;
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, including room reservations, catering arrangements, and travel organization as needed;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Company Secretarial Records;
- Liaising with Directors regarding availability and organizing Director Training sessions according to the training schedule;
- Completing the Board and Board Committee checklist for meetings; Logging all received correspondence;
- Handling queries and requests from clients, shareholders, auditors, and staff on a daily basis;
- Processing invoices for the Company Secretarial Function;
- Representing FBD Holdings plc in a professional manner;
- Providing administrative support to the Company Secretarial Function;
- Supporting the Group Company Secretary with administrative tasks;
- A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification;
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential;
- Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Strong written communication skills and ability to use English effectively;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
