Follow a call plan to visit all customers in your area while being flexible and responsive to your customer's needs. Build and maintain these relationships. Account management – maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals.
Taking ownership of the customer and their issues. Maintain and develop your knowledge of products and services as well as industry developments.
Requirements- Sales experience within the wine industry is essential
