Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at One Recruitment. This role involves driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers across our services and products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in remote sales, utilizing digital marketing and social network channels to generate leads, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Develop a strategy to acquire new customers by targeting clients for proactive sales in line with Irish and European initiatives.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing to create digital campaigns and generate leads through phone and email prospecting.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, establish rapport, answer questions, handle objections, and demonstrate solutions remotely using video content and risk assessments.
  • Closing Sales: Close new business by addressing customer concerns, generating proposals, and finalizing contracts while updating CRM data.
  • Implementation: Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team and remain involved during implementation.
  • Post-Sale Support: Follow up on customer satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in achieving sales targets, B2B sales experience, business acumen, commercial awareness, and strong negotiation skills. Relationship building and networking capabilities are also essential.
