Protecting Revenue and Driving Growth

The Renewals team plays a vital role in Asana's success by partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure continued success from their Asana investment.

As a member of this team, you will be instrumental in defining, testing, and growing a renewals model that balances high volume scale with top-down positioning.

Your primary focus will be managing client renewals to maximize retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive a high degree of customer satisfaction.

This role can be based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you'll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.

  • Protect revenue by securing renewal contracts in advance of expiration.
  • Incentivize multi-year agreements to drive growth.
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate account management capabilities to bring renewal to closure.

You will engage decision makers to identify customer requirements, budget, key stakeholders, approval processes, and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments.

Responsibilities include managing quote to close processes for all renewals within an assigned territory and effectively defending against competitive pressures.
