Salesforce, the leading customer relationship management platform, is seeking a skilled SMB Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in driving sales growth and customer success, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform.

You will leverage your business acumen and technical expertise to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated customer set in the ESMB space, responsible for the full sales cycle.
  • Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
  • Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities.
