Salesforce, Inc. is a global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be fluent in Spanish or Catalan.

As a Salesforce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Catalan
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Sales methodology education
  • Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
