Salesforce Customer Success Manager

**About the Role**
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Salesforce. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
You will use your business development skills to develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Key responsibilities include leading a dedicated customer set in the ESMB space, coordinating several sales projects simultaneously, and owning the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated success in quota-carrying technology solution-based direct sales experience, territory and account planning strategies, research and discovery, solutioning, customer communication, resource application, and team selling.
